Welcome back to the office! Amazon opens its doors for dogs, employees’ furred friends to stay with their humans all day long. Is this a practicable, effective return strategy?

Who let the dogs out? How do you welcome your employees back to the office? Amazon wants to sweeten its employees' return to the office by DAW - Dogs at Work.

How “labrador-able” is that!

Amazon seems pioneering. With dogs at workplaces, you low stress levels, increase interactions and boost morale. This is what research by the Virginia Commonwealth University found out. And it sounds great. Amazon Australia introduced its pooch-friendly policy to their staff who have started returning to the office.

I am a dog lover. And curious to know, at a longer term, what are the findings having herds of Labradors, Dachshunds, Border Collies, French Bulldogs or Boston Terriers running through our offices. Very nice idea. Practicable? Any experiences | best practise to share?

HR needs to be creative. This IS creative!
